A+ Cleaning Services is operated by A+ EVENT ASSIST, a sole proprietorship in British Columbia. This page explains what information our website collects and how we use it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, the form collects your name and phone number, and optionally your email, your area, the service you need, a preferred date and time, and any details you add about your space.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your request, prepare your quote and schedule your cleaning. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who receives it
The form is delivered to our business email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. Your details go to our inbox and are not published anywhere.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site, for example which sections are viewed and whether someone taps our phone number or sends a quote request. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Map
The service-area map on our homepage shows map images from OpenStreetMap (openstreetmap.org). When the map loads, your browser requests those images from OpenStreetMap's servers, which can see your IP address, as with any website. The map does not show or use your location.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to serve you and to keep basic business records.
