Recurring House Cleaning in Vancouver

A clean home, without thinking about it

Recurring cleaning is for people who would rather spend their evenings and weekends on anything else. We come on a set schedule, weekly or biweekly, and reset the rooms you actually live in: the kitchen, the bathrooms, the floors and the surfaces you touch every day. Because the visits are regular, your home never slides back to the point where it needs a big rescue.

A+ Cleaning Services is owner-operated. The owner does or oversees every clean, so the standard you get on the first visit is the standard you keep getting, visit after visit.

What a recurring clean includes

• Kitchen. Counters, sink and stovetop cleaned, and the outside of appliances wiped down.
• Bathrooms. Toilet, sink, tub or shower, mirrors and fixtures cleaned.
• Floors. Vacuumed and mopped throughout.
• Surfaces. Dusting of shelves, furniture and other reachable surfaces.
• Tidy. A general tidy of the main living areas.
• Adjusted to your needs. Tell us which rooms and tasks matter most, and we build every visit around them.

Want more than upkeep? Inside cabinets, appliances, baseboards and blinds are covered by a Deep Clean, from $198. A good way to start is one deep clean, then recurring visits to keep your home there.

What it costs

Recurring house cleaning starts from $127 per visit, plus 5% GST. Your price depends on the size of your home and what you want covered. You get a clear quote up front, and it is confirmed before we start, with no hidden fees.
