A+ Cleaning Services is owner-operated and fully insured. The owner does or oversees every clean, so you have one person to talk to about your space, and the standard stays the same from one visit to the next.

What an office clean includes

• Desks and work surfaces. Wiped down and dusted.
• Floors. Vacuumed and mopped.
• Kitchens and break rooms. Counters and sinks cleaned, and the outside of appliances wiped.
• Washrooms. Toilets, sinks, mirrors and fixtures cleaned.
• Extras, by arrangement. Interior windows (from $120) or carpet and rug cleaning (from $45) can be added to your quote.
• Adjusted to your needs. We set the tasks and the schedule around how your office works, not a one-size checklist.

Before opening or after closing

Most workplaces would rather not have cleaning happen around them. We are available every day from 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM, so visits can be booked before you open or after you close.

What it costs

Office cleaning starts from $150 per visit, plus 5% GST. Your quote depends on the size of the space and what you want covered, and it is confirmed before we start, with no hidden fees.
